Aurion Fuel terms

What Fuel is

Fuel is a prepaid usage credit for eligible QMAI AI products. It is not money, a bank account, an investment, or cryptocurrency. Fuel cannot be transferred between unrelated tenants or redeemed for cash except where law requires.

Meter authority

The browser displays the balance and per-response cost reported by the server. The server is the accounting authority for credits, debits, limits, and tenant scope. Fuel keys and account credentials stay server-side.

Purchase disclosure

Fuel packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions or automatic refills. Client Command does not mint Fuel and its checkout endpoint is disabled. Any future purchase must use the audited Aurion Foundry checkout and identify the number of credits, exact price and currency, expiration rule, refund rule, and current terms version before payment.

Failed or held requests

A request blocked before model inference by provider, tenant, policy, or empty-balance gates should not debit Fuel. Network or model failures after processing begins may require a usage review; report disputed usage through the privacy/support contact shown in the app.

Changes

Material changes apply prospectively and require a new versioned acceptance before another purchase. The active expiration and refund declaration is available from /api/compliance.
