Client Command privacy policy
Data we process
QuantumMind AI LLC processes account and business-contact details, password hashes and recovery-code hashes, tenant membership, chat and ticket content, selected uploads, staging approvals, security audit events, Fuel usage metadata, and payment-provider identifiers needed to operate Client Command.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate you, isolate client tenants, answer requests, prepare staging, meter AI use, prevent abuse, secure the service, complete purchases, and keep an auditable approval trail.
AI processing and training
The current training-use declaration and retention period are displayed inside the app and available from /api/compliance. If either is not explicitly configured, commercial AI access remains on HOLD. QMAI does not treat an unknown provider policy as permission to train on client content.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by infrastructure, AI-compute, and payment providers only as needed to deliver the service. Tenant Fuel credentials remain server-side and are not returned to the browser. QMAI does not sell Client Command account or ticket data.
Your choices
You choose which tenant, text, images, and audio to submit. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the privacy contact published in the app's compliance response. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, disputes, or law.
Business use and sensitive data
Client Command is intended for authorized business users, not children. Do not submit passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other regulated data unless a separate written scope and safeguards expressly allow it.
